NSIGHT SUCCESS ASSESSMENT
The NSight Success measures work-related and interpersonal characteristics, and is ideal for talent selection, professional development, and personal growth assessment.
It was developed over 30 years ago to fill a gap: there were few if any single assessment instruments that provided a holistic and well-rounded picture of talent and temperament.
This is still a refrain we hear from organizations and independent coaches alike: in order to get a comprehensive view of a candidate or client, typically 3 or 4 different assessments are required, which is both expensive and often difficult to coordinate and interpret.
The NSight was thus commissioned as the solution—a single tool that targets both aptitude AND personality success factors.
As part of its start-up strategy, Meridiem acquired the NSight, updated the assessment's infrastructure and user platform, built out expanded reporting, and created a certification model for licensing and distribution.

NSIGHT TALENT MATCH PROCESS
The NSight Talent Match process is the latest addition to Meridiem's suite of talent management resources.
We can help you create a Success Model based upon the NSight factor framework that you can then use for screening and selecting candidates.
Success Models can be built by benchmarking high performers, by cloning individual performers, or even from scratch using our NSight Talent Selector tool.
The Talent Selector tool allows a hiring manager or HR partner to choose between a short list of behaviors to either adjust a benchmark or cloned model, or to develop a model from scratch based on the style and preferences of the manager or the need to broaden or deepen the talent of the team.
Job candidates are then assessed using the NSight Success and compared to the model, resulting in a detailed report including percentage of match and suggested interview questions for follow up.

CEO Mike Sheehan is a business development and entrepreneurism consultant who worked his way up from an entry-level position in a regional business to become President and co-owner of the company, eventually scaling and selling it to a multi-national corporation while maintaining the essence of the culture that created its success. Penny Reynolds consulted for his company for a decade, then offered him the opportunity to acquire the NSight Success assessment, which became the basis for founding Merdiem.
President Delmar Davis brings years of experience in talent management and operational leadership for major divisions of two Fortune 500 companies. He subsequently left the corporate world to establish a private practice as a life coach, wellness consultant, fitness trainer, and digital publisher. His passion is for supporting happiness, health, and prosperity for as many people as he can possibly reach.
Chief Research Officer Dr. Mark S. Nagy is the director of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program at Xavier University. His areas of research and expertise include assessment development and validation, job satisfaction theory and measurement, workplace civility, and performance appraisal and evaluation.
Chief Learning Officer Susan Baroncini-Moe has been coaching business owners, high-level performers, executives, and leaders in non-profit organizations, higher education, and corporations for the last 18 years. Susan has authored two books and has a background in social psychology and instructional design and technology.
